About Us

June 23, 2016 the vision and concept became very clear to me of the next phase in my life. I am a people person and love the adrenaline rush that comes with event planning and management. The joy of seeing the smile on the face of my client after a stressfree and successful event is priceless. 

 

I have over 8 years in event planning and management. I have coordinated everything from non-profit fundraising events, social events, and even my very own wedding. Crazy as it seems I took on the task of wedding planner for my special day, June 27, 2015. I knew what I wanted and how I wanted it done. So when I accepted my epiphany June 2016 to launch Vintage Pearl Event Planning it all made sense. My experience over the years has prepared me for this very moment. By day I am a Project Manager/Event Planner so details, logistics, timelines, budgets all come natural to me. I have an Associates and Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a focus on Contract Management and Negotiation. I also have a Masters degree in Human Resources Management. My educational background is a perfect fit for all the tasks that come along with planning a stellar event!

Why the name Vintage Pearl Event Planning?  I am obsessed with Pearls. They are elegant, classy and sophisticated... everything that I wanted in a company and the deliverables to our clients. 

What makes Vintage Pearl Event Planning different? We are flexible in adjusting our packages to meet the needs of our clients. Our goal is to make this day memorable and stress free and we are willing to work with you to make that happen. We love thinking outside of the box and working with our clients to make any event one that is like no other they've ever attended. 

 

In addition, our event planners are certified in Event Planning and Wedding Planning through the New York Institute of Art and Design. This added touch of education and resources allow us to be well versed in all trends, proper etiquette and tranditions 

related to events and weddings.
